In 1998, Carol Couchon lost her father to cancer. While his loss was very difficult, Carol was ultimately inspired to co-found a store called Remembrances. This was the beginning of the concept of memory lamps. While the name has changed over time, the spirit with which Remembrances was founded lives on in Memory Lane Lamps.
