All lamps have a personal card at no extra charge. Whether the customer comes into the store or calls on the telephone, we sit down with every customer to customize their card as if they were writing it personally. Many of our Internet customers are called to ensure that we make the card as personal as possible.
All lamps are gift-wrapped with no extra charge. Lamps are wrapped in cellophane for all local deliveries to the home or funeral home. Lamps going to the funeral homes also have an extra gift card attached to the cord to ensure that the lamp is recognized as a gift. We also attach instructions to the funeral home with the deceased’s name, the recipient’s name and any special instructions. Delivery charges are added depending on the distance to the destination.
All lamps that are being shipped are also packed in their original shipping box (if available) with the appropriate bulb. The box is gift-wrapped with suitable wrapping paper, the card is attached and placed in a shipping box to prevent any injury to the gift. All lamps are shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Usually lamps shipped in our zone are received the next business day. Shipping costs are added depending on size and distance to the destination. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days, therefore orders taken on weekends will not be picked up until Monday afternoon. |
